  1. geekexist says:

And which Catholic isn’t, in a Protestant nation?

  2. geekexist says:

I was actually almost expelled from university because I kept taking course as a non degree seeking student, and they really needed graduates to justify their programs. So I got my undergrad w/ 215 hours, which is a fairly broad education. In hindsight, I could have gotten a doctorate in less time; perhaps it’s better to be a philistine as opposed to being dense. But, Who are the puritans?

  3. Flambeaux says:

Got room for another? I’d rather be a Philistine than a Puritan any day.

  4. IbnYaqob says:

Get over yourself buddy. No Puritans here just a bunch of regular guys who don’t want to see some idiot brother talking smack about their father.

  5. I know, right? 🙂 It dawned on me the other day how impoverished I am culturally, which would be fine, if it weren’t for all the cultured, knowledgeable people (puritans) in my life who hold me to higher standards.

Be kind, be (relatively) brief, be clear...
