Things that make me go “Hmmm…”

The following theses all seem to suffer from the same logical defect, but I am not sure right now how to explain it.

α. “If you talk about ‘nihil’ and describe it, it ceases to be ‘nihil’. There are various degrees of nothingness.”

β. “If you talk about a ‘square circle’ and describe it, it ceases to be a ‘square circle’. There are various sizes of round-squareness.”

γ. “If you talk about an ‘unknowable fact’ and describe it, it ceases to be an ‘unknowable fact’. There are various examples of unknowables.”

δ. “If you talk about ‘the middle of a geometric point’ and describe it, it ceases to be ‘the middle of a geometric point’. There are various cases of immaterial centrality.”
